Mark your calendar and plan to join NHC's Young Leaders in Affordable Housing for a site tour and discussion at Mayfair Mansions on June 29!

A project of the Community Preservation and Development Corporation (CPDC), Mayfair Mansions is an apartment community in D.C.’s Ward 7 that was recently renovated using LIHTC, historic tax credits, and a number of other funding sources.

Local affordable housing developer CPDC will be on hand to give a tour of an apartment unit, the brand-new 9,850 SF community center, and the grounds, followed by an overview of the development process.

The property is located at 3744 ½ Jay St N.E., a short 10-minute walk from the Minnesota Ave Orange Line Metro. Light refreshments will be provided.

Register for this event today! Space is limited.

This is a members-only event for Young Leaders in Affordable Housing. Please visit the YLAH website for more information on becoming a member.

Please contact Tre Jerdon-Cabrera, policy program manager at NHC and the Center for Housing Policy, at tjerdon@nhc.org with any questions.
